The BEST Cardiologist I have come across! Listens to patient, very understanding, will take the time to listen and talk out all health issues with me, helps me make decisions about medications, explains everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend! My whole family sees her and is very happy with her care.

I went to see Dr Guastello today (07/2020). She told me "you don't have a heart issue because you're only 25" after having me explain all of the issues I've been having. It takes a lot of energy out of me just to talk and this doctor wasted my time and energy. I absolutely recommend that you find someone else.

Dr Guestello is very well informed and trained. She took the time and initiative to run a specialized test on me that no other cardiologist ever thought to do and she probably saved my life. She spends ample time explaining and she champions women's heart health just as men's.

Dr. Elizabeth Guastello did a great job implanting my pacemaker. I had about ten questions before the surgery, and she answered them all and even chatted about my daughter's job in the medical field. I was worried beforehand because the surgery was being done under local anesthesia, not general anesthesia, and I am 70 years old, but Dr. Guastello reassured me. It is now over 2 weeks since the pacemaker surgery and I have more energy now, although I am still out of shape from sitting on my duff in the 2 months before the surgery. Dr. Guastello was articulate and professional, and the follow-up (at the hospital, and when I got the Medtronics device to monitor the pacemaker, and when I reported my fingers were swelling and they did a follow-up test) were all quickly and efficiently done. The nurses Tim and Kendra in Lawrence Memorial hospital also were good, and I liked the hospital food and that I could keep my hospital room at 63 degrees. Great experience and thanks Dr. Guastello!!
