The 2+ hour wait thing is real. Very nice lady, very thoughtful, but you WILL wait that 2 hours in the sad looking office. I was nervous to go based on all of the reviews but figured people were exaggerating, but they're not. She's honestly even "late" to phone appointments. I wish I could recommend her because she is thorough and kind once you do see her but I've never experienced anything as annoying as getting to a check up appointment after work, scheduled for 4:00 and then getting home until 7:00.

Must start by saying Dr. Curtis is not a bad doctor but that’s the only nice thing I can say. She is consistently 2 hours+ late to her appointments. At the most recent one, scheduled for 5:30pm, we arrived at 4:45. Her 4pm arrived at 5, left for coffee and came back, and was still seen before us. We left after waiting for 2 hours. The office is always dirty (ripped, dirty carpet), and has no A.C.

Had seen Dr Curtis but went to a different Rheumo for a second opinion. It was then I realized what an amazing doctor Dr Curtis truly is. She takes the time to listen & then explains your diagnosis. I'm very thankful to have her as my doctor.

If you would like a Dr that does not communicate, respond, fails to show up then this is the Dr for you. My mother was in the hospital and needed Tobe seen by Dr Curtis in order to receive treatment that she needed while in the hospital. On two separate occasions Dr was supposed to see her in order to get approval for this treatment in both occasions Dr did not show up. I called her about this and she never responded. My mother was discharged without treatment and I have not heard from Dr.

Wonderful Doctor, knows her stuff. Had to wait a little but with all good doctors this is the case. She really listens to her patients needs. You never feel rushed.

I just left Dr Cutis’s dirty rundown office after a two hour wait. I should not have even waited when I walked into the waiting and saw abox of baking soda on the floor?I left what should have been my first appointment awithout seeing her. This has to as be the most poorlyarun medical practice Ihave ever been to. After an hour an 45 minutes I was finally shown to a room with dirty carpet that was coming apart from the seams. Sat next to an full open trash barrel and Had enough and left

Consistently up to 2.5 hours late, EVEN when it’s theFIRST appointment of the day. Years of this behavior. Poor time management in her life? Double booking patients is not ok either. I’m not sure how she gets away with this horrible service. This happens every time with every patient. Sitting in waiting room with people for hours and done with the same appointments time. Horrible.

Dr. Curtis is a very good doctor in my opinion. However when I was a patient both of her offices were in dire need of an office manager who would keep things organized and moving along. Be prepared for extended wait times in her office. One reason being that she doesn't schedule appointments for 15 minute blocks. She spends as much time with you as needed whether it be 15 minutes or 35 minutes. So of course there is a chain reaction to that.

Waited an hour and a half after appointment time and still didn't even get to see doctor because I had to get to work. Receptionist ignores phone, had to call six times to reschedule and multiple times for an answer to get directions. They had my intake info wrong and none of my records. Receptionist said she could give me the first appt on Friday but it would be an hour and a half wait again! This place is ridiculous, unprofessional, if a doctor refers you here tell them you want somewhere else
