Untrustworthy
My mother in law went in to check if she had a stroke. She was talking with my sister in law when her speech started to slur, she was disoriented and had a tremor in her left hand. They admitted her to the hospital and ran a ton of tests. Upon not finding anything conclusive they released her. While my father in law went to get the car Dr. Golden comes in to tell my mother in law that she has a dead spot on her brain and has been having seizures. She is very flippant about it almost laughing. After getting a second opinion and seeing her regular physician it turned out Dr. Golden was wrong. This only happened after she caused a whole family grief, anxiety, and uneeded stress. Please protect your loved ones and seek medical aide somewhere else.

Do No Harm
My wife passed away on Sept. 19, 2021 from Multiple Systems Atrophy, a particularly insidious disease that has symptoms we associate with Parkinson's and Lou Gehrig disease. Tele-visit working. We first met Dr. Golden in March of 2021, first in a Tele-visit and then in person. Tests were conducted and with my wife's condition deteriorating, she was admitted to UT Southwestern's Clements Hospital and then Rehab facility. She returned home in worse shape than when she was admitted on April 9. We did another visit with Dr. Golden by speaker phone because the doctor could not get her sound and picture in synch. She told us on the phone that she believed my wife had MSA and described it. Naturally horrified, my wife asked "how do you know for sure it is MSA?" Dr, Golden said "when we do an autopsy." She obviously missed the class on bedside manner and we did not deal with her again. How insensitive can a doctor be, giving us a death sentence on a phone call?

Dr. Elisabeth Golden, is the best doctor I’ve ever seen, because she understood my symptoms 100%. It’s first time in my life that I feel a doctor who truly understand me. I have traveled, and lived many places, so I feel I can give a valid recommendation of Dr. Golden. My only regrets is; I wish I could have been in her care many years ago! I have suffered for so many years not knowing what was wrong with me. All my doctors said I looked fine, when I felt sick, I mistakingly believed them.
