I visited Dr. Jay for the first time today and I am glad that I check on the reviews in google and healthgrades. He really listens very well. I am glad that he make sure I understand what's my plan of care for the next few months. The front office is very polite and friendly.

The wait is about 20-30 mins but it is alright. I am surprised that he really spend so much time listening and explaining about what is happening. I really appreciate what he is doing. I wont be looking for any doctor anytime soon.

Dr Jay called to check on me after a problem. Can't remember the last time a Doctor did that for me. He takes time with each of his patients so the wait may be a little more than others but it's worth the wait.
