I just read the horribly mean and vicious posting made by Erica Juliano. I was not present for her interaction, of course.However, I will say Dr. Bala (as she suggests people refer to her as) is the opposite of what is described. She is a wam person. And so very kind in her bedside manner. And, importantly, she is extremely competent. For example, during my wife's first visit, Dr. Bala reviewed her meds that had accumulated over several years. She immediacy spotted meds that conflicted and, after examination, identified meds that would better deal with my wife's health challenges. Within days of the new regime, my wife felt better and was more to her vibrant self. My wife and I were concerned when Dr. Thomas retired. Dr. Bala has reassured us repeatedly that we are in equally good hands.BlessingsFordDrive On!

My annual Wellness check is very thorough. We go over everything. This medical team keeps me healthy and active.

Dr. Bala was able to thoroughly explain my results and recommendations.

Dr. Balasubramanian always personable, while also being very thorough during all office visits. Always employs equally personable and welcoming intake people to greet patients and obtain preliminary info before actual doctor visit.

I saw Dr. Bala for my annual physical in March and she could have cared less. I am a healthy person, but it doesn't mean that I don't have questions or concerns about my well being. I was asking her questions and she started walking out the door. Terrible bedside manner and honestly...just rude. I had bloodwork done and never received my results because the nurse would not give me results without scheduling an appointment. Every other doctor I had been to, has called me personally or put my results in the online portal. Dr. Bala and CFP Physicians group seem to only prioritize care for the elderly (which I of course support) but there are other people that require doctors attention as well. If you are young and looking for a new doctor, this is not the right choice.

Well ran clinic. In and out in less than a hour with the lab right onsite. Dr. Bala is a warm and caring physician who listens. Her staff are always helpful and friendly. Best clinic in the central Florida area.

Dr. Bala & her staff provide optimal, individualized, attentive, professional & expert care. She is so insightful, so patient-centered, astute & caring-an ideal role model for a physician. She and her staff are ultra-responsive to patient needs & concerns, are extremely proactive and efficient, and always do their utmost for the benefit of their patients. I offer my highest recommendation-& wish everyone could experience such a nurturing, knowledgeable & considerate provider!

This provider made a critical mistake that increased my health issues. I had explained my prior health condition, and still she made me stop some medication. Also She ordered wrong location of my leg for the x-ray and the radiology lab was not ready to change. they took wrong x ray and obviously didnt find anything wrong. Dr lacks thorough monitoring. I would not recommend this physician. We switched providers right away. This CFP location is alway eager to do referral. they have network of other Doctors on their list. You will have to pay for getting the lab order to do the labwork somewhere else other than their lab. Worst experience.

Dr. Balasubramanian, also known as Dr. Bala, has been my physician for over 15 years. She is very thorough and kind and it is easy to get an appointment within a week or two. Also, her office has a Lab with is most convenient. I would recommend Dr. Bala to any family.

This provider made a critical mistake that caused my father an unnecessary hospitalization. I feel the lack of monitoring and follow up was inexcusable since I had thoroughly explained his prior health condition to her. I would not recommend this physician. We switched providers right away, and that process also took many repeat attempts to get records sent from the office staff.

Great doctor, she really pays attention to details, I highly recommend her.
