Needs to learn to keep personal beliefs to herself
After looking for a female Dr. in the SFV, I came across her. Let me say off the bat, she operates with the most aggressive air of elitism, unacknowledgement, & dismissivness I’ve ever experienced in healthcare. I confided in her that I had been experiencing anxiety, insomnia and pain from a recent shoulder strain, so I started self medicating w/ cannabis as a natural remedy (which has worked wonders), since I don’t agree w/ the application of pharmaceutical drugs. Her immediate response was judgment, along w/ the statement “cannabis will ruin your brain cells & make you dumb”. 1st off, I don’t want to get into the absurdity of that and how ignorant it is, let alone that it was coming from a “doctor”. She was dismissive and wrote me a script for pain meds. I even told her told her I wouldn’t take them, yet she insisted. As a Dr. she has an obligation to withhold personal bias & do what is best for the patient-not big pharma. I won’t be going back & will keep friends/family away.

The Dr. did a consult with was easy enough to schedule. The first visit was fine, and she was thorough. Almost too thorough and it took far longer than it should have. I scheduled a follow up that day. A few days before my next visit (a month later), I get a call to reschedule and no other info was given. I have been calling for 4 weeks to reschedule and no one is returning any of my messages. This is very unprofessional and I would go elsewhere, but she already took my money. Beware.
