I recently had surgery on my face that required some skin grafting. I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the work that Dr. Austin did. He is, indeed, a MASTER at this "art." I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Austin to anyone needing anything done to their face.

I would never recommend Dr Austin to a Breast Cancer Patient. I hope No cancer survive should have this experience. His 'assistant' Mary was unprofessional, rude, and no help, at best. There was no empathy, respect, or concern for my health or well being, at a vulnerable, traumatic time. No consideration to pre existing conditions. He assured me he could do an implant on a radiated masectomy breast with Lymphedema, I believed him as a professional. It was not possible, ugly failure/experience.

I just recently turned 50 and for many years have been scared to have my breast reduction. After doing lots of research and meeting with Dr. Austin I knew I finally had met the perfect surgeon for my procedure. I am 2 weeks post op and I could not be any happier!! Dr. Austin and his staff have been absolutely wonderful!! I would highly recommend Dr. Austin to anyone who is looking for a very skilled plastic surgeon.

Dr Austin performed an emergent surgery on me due to a post op complication. He is a very competent professional. His calm demeanor and ability to explain every detail helped put me at ease in the emergency room. He answered all questions the next day and went out of his way to explain care to me. Very satisfied with my experience with him. He truly cares about his patients and his work.

I saw a few Dr's before I saw Austin. I told Edwin Austin I only wanted a small amount of fat removed. He told me he was very conservative. I asked him if he had the skill and if I had the skin to have a smooth result. He said Yes you are actually the perfect candidate AND IT WAS SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. So I chose him. Worst thing I've ever done.He haphazardly chunked out HUGE amounts from all the wrong areas, he did the exact opposite of what we discussed, he disfigured me.

Dr Austin removed an unusual mole from my throat. He did a great job. He was pleasant and clearly explained the procedure in the pre-op appointment. The procedure went smoothly. 3 weeks later you can barely tell anything was done.
