Highly recommend. I fractured both Tibia and Fibula, smoked my Tibia pretty bad, destroyed nerves, muscle, and so much more. Bleed out like a pig in the middle of the street until I was rushed to the ER to have surgery. 2 plates and 23 screws later and I’m so thankful for Dr. Sirlin. The guy has angel like hands. Everyone in the ER said I was lucky that I broke my leg that night because “the best surgeon is working tonight” they told me. 2 months later and I can confirm that. If I ever need surgery done on my bones or joints, and if he specializes in other areas, I will be following him. I will fly to whichever Hospital/Office Dr.Sirlin is located. That’s how good he is. He saved my life is how I see it.

I had a broken ankle and bad foot displacement. I had damage to joint ligaments. Dr. Sirlin was like an angel from heaven! He put me back together so quickly and with great precision and needed hardware. He was so kind, humble and brilliant and skillful. He was very helpful in getting me the services I needed for my workers comp. He subsequently removed hardware from my ankle and did a beautiful job again. Other health professionals commented on how nicely done the surgery and stitches were. He is highly sought after to assist in complex surgeries in Boston. I was just SO luck to get him as my Dr. after my emergency. I followed him after he moved from Nashua Orthopedics. I would trust him with my life.

In May 2019 THOUGHTFUL Dr. Sirlin III, who I had never met or seen or heard of, saw the x-ray image/film of my femur that had a stress fracture and he called me right away and basically saved my life with advice for the stress fracture. All medical providers, be the best like Dr. Edward Sirlin III. :-)
