I accompanied my spouse to a visit at the recommendation of her pain management doctor. Dr. Prostko was arrogant, dismissive and went so far as to speak in a mocking tone regarding the number of symptoms she described to his PA. Had a totally opposite opinion of her other doctors, and was also dismissive towards their opinions. It might be time for Dr. Prostko to think about retiring or doing some communications coursework.

Dr. Prosko just did my cervical disectomy and fusion on c4-c6 and I couldn't be happier. The surgeon who was supposed to do my surgery had an emergency and Dr. Prostko picked up my case at the last moment for him. He kept me and my family well informed on all aspects of the surgery and recovery. He has a terrific bedside manner which reduced a lot of the pre-surgery nervousness. A very kind and knowledgeable man. Highly recommend!

I have a cervical spine condition that is rare and serious. I went to several neurologists for their opinions and we chose Dr. P. for surgery. He is a gifted and brilliant surgeon and we will be forever grateful. He is totally 5 star. My husband had a lower back pain issue and he diagnosed it and repaired the problem and my husband has had zero pain since. He always has a twinkle in his eye. I hope the upcoming group of surgeons he has trained listened and learned.
