Every time I saw him he answered my questions and had a good beside manner. My surgery went well. His team did an awesome job! I thank God! And have nothing but respect and positive thoughts about my experience.

Wish I had chosen a different surgeon
I went to Dr. Crosland at the recommendation of my regular orthopedic surgeon since my regular orthopedic surgeon does not do knee replacements. I have great respect for my primary orthopedic surgeon, but wish now I had gone to a different knee replacement surgeon. I wish I could give Dr. Crosland a good review but I cannot do that. His skill as a surgeon, I cannot judge. His bedside manner is on the surface pleasant, but when you want too ask questions or have complications (not something he caused, just the luck of your body not liking what was done), he gets an attitude. I found him rude, dismissive, disrespectful. He will ignore your question. He will cut you off when you ask questions. He is dictatorial instead of treating you as an adult and able to explain things. I finally got tired of his attitude and saw a different knee replacement surgeon. I may never get full range of motion in my knee but I'll adjust. I would advise others to find a different knee surgeon!

Excellent care
I broke my wrist in March of 2022. Was recommended to Dr. Crosland. He spent time with me and told me what needed to be done in a way I could understand. Walked me through the steps of surgery and first follow up, showed me my x-ray and explained the hardware that was put into my wrist. Excellent doctor and my results from surgery have been excellent. Would highly recommend him and his staff. Very good experience.

It was the worse experience ever with any doctor I've ever seen in my life, I would give him a zero but there's not one! I have heel spurs in alot of pain he saw it on the x-ray but said he wasn't gonna do anything about it! And when he first came in I was telling him what kind of pain o was in which he saw on the x-ray , he actually hollered at me and said "mrs._____ you don't have to telle what kind of pain your in !!!! In a very loud voice,I will never see him again ." IAM trying to get in with Dr. Duncan If you need surgery or want help Do not see Dr. Crossland!!! My experience was horrible!!!! I don't understand why he was so awful to me.

I read all these raving reviews and wonder how this could be the same doctor I've been unfortunate enough to have been referred. In my case, he was very patronizing with no bedside manner. I don't feel that he cared at all about my unimprovement after surgery and that he could not wait to leave the room.

I have been treated by Dr. Crosland for approximately 20+ years for various orthopedic issues. He has always been very professional, willing to listen to my concerns, very competent in his handling of my orthopedic needs and in general an excellent orthopedic surgeon and gentleman.. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Crosland to anyone needing the services of an orthopedic surgeon.

I first saw Dr. Crosland about 5 years ago, with hip pain. I immediately felt assured that he was the right choice for my needs. Finally 3 years ago he performed the replacement of my right hip joint, with excellent results and rapid recovery. Now I am scheduled for left hip replacement, and I would not want any doctor other than Dr. Crosland to perform the surgery. 5 stars in every possible way!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Crosland. I was in a difficult situation, being out-of-state with a badly broken wrist. Dr. Crosland did the surgery and I felt so comfortable with his skills because of a personal referral. Upon return to my home outside of New York City, my new local orthopedic surgeon confirmed Dr. Crosland did an excellent job. I will urge anyone in my circle to skip the emergency room experience and go directly to Dr. Crosland. Thank you Dr. Crosland!
