Good dr
He really cares about the patient. He listens and works with me to reach the desired outcome. Usually short wait times. The only knock against his office is they don’t seem to be good at returning phone calls. He is always professional and polite and will explain things in detail if asked.

Poor Bedside Manner
I didn't pick this doctor, but because I was hospitalized the Methodist group cursed me with him. I propmptly sent him packing within 10 minutes of his visit. He didn't listen to me at all and had a poor bedside manner. if I could give him zero stars, I would.

Very Recommendable
Doctor Nyenwe is very concerned about his patients he follows up with his patient very promptly as soon as he received test results. If he find an issue he does dissolve the problem quickly. He is also one of the top five endocrinologist in the Memphis Tennessee area. He may not be as talkative as other specialists but as for being knowledgeable about your condition and concern he is.

I had my first visit with this doctor last Tuesday. He started off ok and ordered a ultra sound and blood test. My problem with him is follow up. He called with the blood test results as soon as it came in, however he was not open to explaining the inconsistence in past results with this one he did. I had to keep calling his office for my ultra sound results and when he finally returned the call, he was dismissive of those. I still had concerns regardless of him saying it was nothing to be concerned about. I asked him to forward my results to my primary and I will review with my primary. Dr. Nyenwe did not make me feels as if there was nothing to be concerned about from any of my test with him. I will not return to see him again. If I could give him 0 stars I would

He is a poor communicator and does not listen. He offers no suggestions and basically is cold and distant. I have had him for 5 years and all he does is get lab work and refill my prescription. I'm looking for a new endocrinologist that will listen and help me with my thyroid issues.

Dr. Nyenwe was rather distant and aloof. When he listens and eases up. He was short and specific with suggestions and orders. He would get impatient and withdrawn when asked to explain answers . He was not good with following up on health conditions. At the end of the visit, he seemed close down to questions between lengthy appointments
