The appointment is so messy, got appt to see doctor Wu at 3rd floor, when arrived there, was asked if I have to see this doctor and can I change another doctor, I insist on with Dr. Wu, then up and down between 2nd and 3rd floor. There is lots of patients, for my visit only 6-7 mins but the waiting time goes to 20 mins, it is non-sense.
