Dr Ross is a very caring dr. I did not understand a lot about my test results or my cancer and he went out of his way to break it down so I could understand more. He is highly recommended by me. He cares about his patients and always responds to your questions. He is very smart and has a lot of knowledge

Dr. Douglas Ross is highly educated and proffessional a Doctor who always explains test results and cares. If l have a question he will always be available to answer my questions. Dr. Ross is a top notch Doctor very respectful and always on time.

Dr. Ross is a bright, meticulous, data driven endocrinologist who stays up to date on the cutting edge of thyroid disease issues and research. HIs top priority is his patient's wellbeing. I credit Dr. Ross with saving my life.

He refused to see me for a 2nd opinion & he also entered into the MGH system no endo doc at MGH could see me I have felt very badly for the last 6 mths My PCP gave me a referral to a endocrinologist May 5 because I am no sick . My blood work showed high Tgab. I also have a 7yr old US shows a Thyroid nodule. My older brother has Thyroid issues. Ross said I do not need updated ultasound or comprehsive panel over the phone and I did not have any thyroid issue How does he know this without updates
