Not likely to recommend. 45 minute wait for 9 am appointment. No one answers the phone. They apparently call back, but that means you need to clear your schedule and sit by the phone for a call back. If you work or have other obligations, your life and obligations are apparently not important to this office and this physician as they do not answer the phone and only call back.

Hands down, one of my favorite doctors ever. She is so friendly, kind and thorough. She truly seems to care and goes in depth with her questions. She does not rush thru like many doctors. She remembers her patients and you definitely don't come off like a number to her. She calls and explains test results and spends time to go over various options. She is open minded and makes me feel at east when discussing my autoimmune diseases. I hope she never leaves!

You might wait, but Dr. Green will spend the time with you back. She is a very kind doctor who listens intently, & is open to trying different medications to help improve how you feel. I found her to be a very thorough, good doctor.

I went to Dr. Green for thyroid issues. While she spends a good amount of time with you and answers questions... every time I go for an appointment I wait for OVER one whole hour. One time, I waited an hour in the waiting room and a whole hour in the exam room. It is so frustrating. They NEVER call you back about your lab results, and you can NEVER get through on the phone. I tell everyone to stay away. I do NOT recommend her nor this practice.

Dr Green took her time and was very thorough. Her manner is both professional and compassionate, and she is a good listener. The down side is the absolute rudeness of the front desk staff. From the onset, one person complained about having to be there, and couldn't wait until Friday. Neither of them made eye contact, were curt in their responses to questions, acted like robots collected any needed information. I nearly left, but Dr Green is a gem. They are a poor reflection of the office!
