They are never more than a few minutes late and are thorough in determining the presence of any illness(es). I have been a patient at the Southside Office for over 30 years. And I’m still there even though I no longer live in Jacksonville.

good job-dr. penninton can you call cvs to approve early refill or at least 5 pils1 a day till they fill them the 13th-my insurance will pay today-pharmacist said lady that answees your phone told he no do not fill it early-i did not know that she could make decision for you-how can she say no don't fill them - when you are supposed to be asked-so anyway can you please call cvs to authorize or at least give me 4 pills till the 13th-pr at least just 6 tablets-thanks kathy

Called several times for an appointment only to get an answer machine. left several messages with no response! As a result could not get heart medicine refills> nor could I schedule app.

Worst doctor experience ever. Has nothing to do with the doctor, everything to do with the unorganized, incredibly lazy office staff. As incompetent as I could imagine, I'd fire all of them if it was my practice. Lost blood work, input my phone number wrong, I can't even begin to tell you how bad they are at their job. I would not recommend one soul ever goes to them.

If you dont want to wait an hour or two to be seen every visit dont waist your time. It didnt matter what day or time my appointment was it was always a wait. Will never recomend this place.

My husband and I have just filed a medical board complaint because of what we have had to endure. No communication in almost 3 weeks for a very painful back problem. Hopefully, because of this it has not gotten worse

We love Dr Pennington. He is a wonderful Primary Care doctor. You will be happy if you become his patient.

He's wonderful......What stinks are some of the office staff, medical assistants and referrals take forever! Refills so so. They seem to overbook and sometimes it's standing room only! As far as Dr. Pennington, you would be hard pressed to find one better! Explains, Listens and No Rush, Treats!

All the reviews I read were absolutely true dr. Pennington is a excellent excellent doctor but it's staff needs to go back and get some training to be able to deal with patients because their patients are very short

I have been a patient of Dr. Pennington's for 24 years. He is a patient, calm, caring physician who takes the time to listen to me and answer all my many questions. Sometimes, I may wait a little longer, but I know that's only because he is giving that same care and attention to his other patients. I highly recommend him!

I've been a patient of Dr Pennington since I was a child. He is the most caring doctor I have ever met, and truly cares about each of his patients. He takes the time to get to know you, will ask about your family, and makes sure you are being taken care of. My children used to hate going to the doctor, but now that I have switched them to Dr Pennington's office, they get excited whenever they find out its an appointment day. If you aren't being seen by this wonderful man, you are missing out!

MY UNCLE was treated for a year by this doctor for allergies. chest X-Ray was done 1 year later and that is when this doctor finally discovered a LARGE MASS on my UNCLES left lung. IT IS STAGE 3 LUNG CANCER. What this doctor should have done for my Uncle is to take a chest ex-Ray at the beginning and then diagnosis him correctly. This doctor also treated another family member of mine and misdiagnosed her too. And she is no longer with us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO NO ONE.

My mother went to Dr Pennington due to blood pressure issues. He is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I have ever met.
