Frustrating experiences, however Doug Chessen also saved my life. I hope retirement is good, the outdoors are enjoyed, and continued work is okay. Gratitude, Thanks.

I have seen the staff at Dr. Chessen's office for years for assistance with mild depression . I have found staff to be very professional and knowledgeable . i agree with other reviews that wait times can be extreme and there is difficulty in reaching the office via phone but have attributed this to high demand for services .

This practice is the best I have had in over 20 years of treatment. The office staff is very friendly ( show them friendliness and they reciprocate ) and Pam is amazing. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be called in for an appointment. Thanks to everyone there!

The doctors are incredibly rude, unaccommodating, and generally have no idea what they are talking about. I shouldn't have to tell my doctor about a drug interaction while they're trying to prescribe me something, with my chart right in front of them. They cut their patients off when voicing concerns and rush to get them out as soon as possible. On top of all of that, I spent 3 hours sitting in their waiting room today, causing me to miss school and a job interview. Terrible, terrible practice.

I've seen Dr. Chessen and Pamela for a few months. They are great to work with, easy to trust and thorough with their evaluations. The major concerns I have with TPMG/Chessen Behavioral Health is that appointments are cancelled/rescheduled with some frequency and it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone via phone. In my experience, it takes about 20 min to reach someone and when you do the staff is rude and does not follow through with relaying messages to whom they concern, so frustrating!

Extremely Unreasonable and Unrealistic standards!!! Especially given he specialises in addiction psychiatry! ..Quick & Short Attitude! Dismissive of patient history & symptoms and best interest!!
