Excellent compassionate doctor
Dr. Buxton is an extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind, compassionate and caring doctor! He explained everything, in regards to my spinal condition, so I could fully understand it. My daughter was unable to attend my visit in person, but could be on speakerphone. Dr. Buxton treated her as if she was right in the room, with my mother and myself. He answered all of our questions fully. I would recommend Dr. Buxton, in a heartbeat!

Walked in and left in a wheel chair
Had an mri then went to appt. for a steroid injection into back. He hit a nerve (I think - he did not say) and I could not move due to pain and left in wheel chair. He called later in the day to check my condition and stated he would call back the next day - never heard from him again. I spent 3 days using walker etc. and finally got back to my normal again.

Dr. Buxton interacted with my elderly mother and I in a caring, knowledgable, and professional manner. He explained all aspects of her problem to us so that we understood her condition and treatment alternatives. He took as much time as we needed and arranged appropriate follow up. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment with this doctor in February. I found him to be arrogant and that he didn't listen to me. In the report he sent to my referring doctor there were factual errors. He said things that were simply not true. He talked over me, he interrupted me, and he talked down to me. I would not recommend him and I will never have another appointment with him. And finally, his diagnosis was incorrect.

Dr. Buxton is amazing! He was super busy and backed up when I saw him today. Even still, he spent over an hour explaining everything thoroughly to me and providing me with options. Never made me feel rushed and he had a great sense of humor!!! Highly recommend!
