Dr. Brains and Beauty
Dr Noel has such a kind and caring nature to her and REALLY helped out my mom and really my entire family during are tough times. Her caring compassion really made the difference... Way more so than any of the other Hospital Doctors we had. Oh and not to mention... She is EXTREMELY pleasant on the eyes to look at. How can someone THAT PRETTY also be THAT SMART!??
