Dr Pavelock is excellent! She has a great bedside manner and she listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to determine the cause of your issues. She is professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for your GI care.

I had an upper GI in 2021 and colonoscopy in Feb 2024. The staff was very friendly and made it very easy to schedule an appointment. Dr Pavelock is very competent and explained the results after each procedure. She is very professional and I felt very comfortable before each procedure.

I had 2 seperate procedures with Dr.Natalie.She was very caring and concerned with not only my needs but more importantly the medical aspects of my care . Fully explained to me what would take place at each procedure.When results from both procedures were ready, she explained them to me in a timely manner and made me aware of how important it is for me to follow up with my Colonoscopy's. She was very punctual for both times and did not once feel like i was rushed through any of my appointments.I think she is an asset to the medical field and we need more phyicians with her knowledge and friendly demeanor. She truely cares about me as her patient. I try to recommend my family and friends to her .

As a doctor myself, I was EXTREMELY impressed with her knowledge, skill, and experience. As her patient, she treated me with respect and concern. She has a passion for her patients and her specialty. When confronted with patients who have unique concerns, she seeks out diagnoses and handles them with detail and care. She will go to great lengths to make sure you have a comprehensive procedure and treatment plan if needed. I highly recommend Dr. Pavelock for any and all GI concerns and procedures.

Dr. Pavelock diagnosed the source of my anemia after three other physicians could not find the cause. She assisted in finding a surgeon who successfully repaired the esophageal hernia that caused the bleeding. I highly recommend her.

I don’t normally write reviews of doctors I have seen but I felt I had to for Dr Pavelock. I had an emergent medical issue and needed to get into a gastroenterologist ASAP. I was recommended to Dr Pavelock by my PCP and was so happy for the recommendation. She fit me in last minute and was warm and knowledgeable. She kept me informed of what was happening and our next steps, was very responsive and, given how busy she always was, got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve sent both my parents to her since then. Don’t hesitate to contact her office and get seen, you’ll get the highest level of care.
