Dr. Kaner has long had to go on a long vacation if, instead of treating children, she finds out relations with parents, who wrote bad reviews about her....Shame on such a doctor!

We love Dr Kaner and her staff - always feeling like they truly care about my kids. I couldn't have wished for a better doctor.

You have shown your KINDNESS and incredible KNOWLEDGE through years .You never take a parent's concern lightly, and treat our son with great respect and meet his needs as well. Dr Kaner is very knowledable and her staff are always accommodating and squeeze me in for a sick visit which I so appreciate!

Awful. Her diagnoses are wrong a good amount of the time resulting in your child being checked into the ER. Staff is atrocious and rude and the office manager is incompetent. The worst office I have wver been to.

Don't even loose you time. Girls on front desk have no idea how to treat there patients. You will never get an emergency appointment, they will always send you to emergency room instead. Never had such a negative experience. Very poor level of customer service!!!!!!!

Dr Dina Kaner is the BEST doctor. I drive 45min one way so my kids can be seen by her, because she is great and with a lot of experience. I love that they have 24/7 on call line and always find me sick appointment-same day. I don’t have to wait one or two days to be seen. Great doctor highly recommend her. Thanks for everything you do for my family Dr. Kaner!

Been with dr Kaner for 7years, two of my children. Was recommended and I continue to recommend her. Does great job, cares when patient get sick, has any referal that you need. Very well knowledgable about health insurance coverages and helps to get treatments covered. We feel being in good hands, trusting dr Kaner. The after and before hours phone line is very helpfull too.

Dr Kaner is the best! Expert in her field, experienced, knows what she's doing. You can trust that your kids are in good hands. Her staff is polite. No problems finding same day appointments. Also they have 24/7 on call line which is great.

Dr Kaner has so much experience and has gained so much trust from her patients that even when her former patients grow up they bring their own children to see her even if it takes 45 minutes to drive. I have two children. My son is 23 and now he is bringing his own 2 children to see her. My daughter is 10 and she is a cancer survivor. Dr Kaner was one of the first people to discover her cancer and was always with us through this difficult journey. She was always like a family member following up

Staff very unprofessional and rood. For emergency never could get in, staff explained that this is not walk in sick clinic and doctor is overbooked. Always wait long time to see doctor even you on time with your appointment

Daughter in laws needs medical records for second opinion and staff harasses her and hangs up on her. Staff refuses to listen to her. Daughter in law is trying to find out why her child is always complaining about being dizzy. Dr says because she is fat. Staff really needs to be retrained on patient care. Very RUDE to the patients. If you have public aide be very careful staff will treat you with disrespect. They talk to you like you are less than a human. Have no need for the staff or the pract

I am really glad I switched my kids to to Dr Kaner. All my friends come here as well and trust her fully. Dr Kaner is so caring and she even calls after the visit to check up on my kids when they are really sick.

The staff was rude. They treat medicaid holders as if we're beneath everyone else. I was hasseled trying to make an appointment. Had to keep calling back.
