Awful wait times
Last year and this year I had a nearly 40 minute wait to be roomed for my appointment. Staff has not acknowledged the wait time either time. These have been very early appointments so it should be less likely that the schedule is already backed up.

Dr. Keilor is professional and kind . She has been my Dermatologist for over thirteen years! I appreciate her diagnosistic skills and the necessary treatments she provides. I am very comfortable with her.

Dr. Keiler was excellent. Did great work and did a great job explaining. I had a 9:20 appointment and arrived 10 minutes before as instructed. Seeing I was sitting closest to the desk I heard a man say he had an 9:35 appointment with Dr. Keiler and another saying he had a 9:50 appointment with Dr. Kieler. They both went before me.

Dr. Keiler is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and a great listener. Her bedside manner is tip top. I would recommend her to anyone with skin problems or questions. I wish I could get a human on the phone. Hence, the four stars. I was called back in fifteen minutes. I guess that's the way phone service works these days. In person, the staff is also top flight. For medical help, this is the place to go.

Dr. Keiler has always been professional and attentive during my visits, however, her staff needs improvement. I visited her office on July 23 because I was concerned about a raised sun spot on my hand. Dr. Keiler sliced it off for a biopsy. I was told I would hear back in 10 to 14 days. The bill for the procedure was received in 10 to 14 days but I was never contacted about the biopsy results. Finally, on September 3 I called to get the results. Whoever answered checked to see if someone had tried to contact me and she confirmed that no one had. The biopsy result was that the spot was precancerous and further treatment was needed, and no one had contacted me.
