She is nice but explains nothing about your condition to you, extremely disappointed in this physician. Communication is vital to a patient who needs to know whats going on with their health, was given no education on what menopausal woman go thru. Minimal conversation at best. Will never go back.

THEY rescheduled my appointment last minute , so it became different day and time . Inconvenience me and my work schedule but I took time off from work and go to new appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early waited and waited . Put me in exam room , waited another 50 minutes in that room . No one came in . When I went out to find someone , all I encountered was a snappy mouth person . Walked out and will never go back!

Excellent Care
I had a vasectomy done today and Dr. Theva and the RNP were so kind and patient with me. Bedside manner was fantastic and professionalism was top notch. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Theva treated me with utmost compassion and care. She is so knowledgeable and patient , took the time to explain all details of my condition and laid out a plan of treatment that meets my needs. I feel so reassured to have found such a wonderful physician. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend !!

Dr. Theva was more than accommodating on my first visit with her. I finally found a Urologist that respects and validates my needs and opinions about my body. I felt entirely comfortable, everything was explained thoroughly to me before my procedure, and I am currently no longer in pain. I am so thankful to have found a female urologist that can actually help me instead of ridicule me.

Horrible physician with absolutely abhorrent bedside manner! Talked down to me and was condescending and rude and treated like garbage. Please stay away from this provider!

The doctor came into the exam room and immediately turned me over to an ARNP without any explanation. The ARNP wasn't that great. The doctor should have at least taken the time to explain her reasoning.
