First of all he is technically an excellent Urologist. Secondly, but more important, he has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. And at 69 yrs old I’ve seen plenty of doctors. He’s a good listener, more concerned with what the patient has to say, rather than hear himself talk. He actually walks you out of the examining or procedure room. What doctor does that? And he’s not afraid to put a reassuring hand on your shoulder to make you feel at ease. That hand on my shoulder made me feel like he was a really good friend who just happened to be a doctor, and I knew that whether he had good news or not so good news, he’d be there to see me through it. He let me participate in the procedure, letting me watch the screen and everything he was doing. I asked all kinds of questions and he never hesitated answering any of them. He is what a good doctor should be and I HIGHLY recommend him!!

I recommend Dr. Rosoff without reservation! He is a fine doctor who has not forgotten that his patients are people ... with all the foibles that go along with being human: fear, embarrassment, worry ... and Dr. Rosoff knows, instinctively, how to put his patients at ease and address their concerns. He is very professional, yet maintains a human approach with kindness, concern and even humor. I am blessed to be under his care.

Dr. Rosoff is an excellent doctor, he knows his stuff very well especially dealing with kidney stones. I was very nervous as this was my first experience with these horrible kidney stones and the medical option of Shockwave/Lithotripsy to treat this because it had to be dealt with but I must say Dr. Rosoff was so very patient, answered so many questions and one key thing I must add this doctor has compassion. I had my procedure and it worked the first time which I'm very thankful for. Anyone who needs a urologist should look to Dr. Rosoff because he is simply the best and his staff is excellent as well.

I have never never been treated with such professionalism and graciousness. Dr Rosoff and his staff made certain that I was informed and felt safe and comfortable. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions. I am truly grateful for how well they took care of me.

Dr. Rosoff is an extremely rare species of medical doctors. He is highly knowledgeable, and attuned to the applicability of the latest diagnosis and treatment techniques in his field. His office team is extremely courteous and professional, a sign of not only their individual competence, but also, Rosoff's good management oversight. Finally, Dr. Rosoff's bedside manner is one of absolute care for the concerns of his patient. Like I said at the outset, a rare species indeed.

James Rosoff is simply the best Urologist in the region.He has worked with the best doctors on the planet and it shows based on his knowledge and his willingness to stay ahead the curve.His teaching at Yale keeps him in touch with all the newest ideas and procedures on care.James is no prima donna though and it's really his human touch that sets him apart. That becomes very obvious when you interact with the people James surrounds himself with like Leo and Tiffany.These guys are truly the A team
