Dr. Gronski was my endocrinologist for several years. She was always ready and willing to help me. I am very grateful for her suggestion of using the pump along with a CGM. I highly recommend Dr. Gronski and miss her!

Dr. Gronski is the best!
As a new patient, you never know what you are going to get, what I got with Dr. Gronski was a great listener and a great non rushed appointment. All of my questions were answered and she spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable with a new medication and appropriate follow up. Her medical assistant was very thorough and knowledgeable, just like Dr. Gronski. They really focus on not making you wait in the lobby, which is obviously a great thing. Overall I couldn't be happier.

Report on labs
Im due to go in a few weeks. I got a call on 7/27/23 on labs done on 6/15/23. I HV access to see my results, had done so and already knew results. I thought it was incompetent of them to call about June results, as it's now 8/1/23 n I'm due to run TSH for next appointment. Office staff is incompetent about this n lost appointments. I don't feel like my levels are managed well. I'm up I'm down always year after year. If it's my fault Dr need to tell me, this is no way to hv quality of life. Somewhat disappointed.

3rd try to tell how awful this experience was
w/yearly Hashimoto check up a full thyroid blood panel that I requested was rejected by this person. T4 and TPO is supposedly sufficient. I have no need for specialist that shows a limited interest to search and evaluate. Otherwise a nice lady, nice family pictures in her office.

I have been going to Dr. Gronski for 17 years and have always received excellent care. I am a nurse and have referred many family and friends to her. Yes, it can take awhile to get in as a new patient but doesn't that tell you something? She has a lot of patients since she has been practicing for over 20 years! I know as an established patient if I don't make an appt right away it will be a wait. It is understandable that we as a society want everything right now and maybe you need to see a doctor right away and that is different but to put 1 star because you can't get an appt when YOU want is ridiculous. Dr. Gronski is nothing but professional and kind to all of her patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gronski, with respect to the excellent care you've give to many patients. I, however had immediate difficulty using dulaglutide. Had you run a fasting insulin-s test =6, first you would have never prescribed it Oct 9, 2014.

I am so glad she moved offices. She has always been a great doctor, but now I can actually get refills and messages sent to her. The new office is great because the support staff is now as efficient as Dr. Gronski herself.

She is a caring diabetic healer who displays patience in listening to the patient's symptoms and problems and chooses the best medical path for that patient. I am incredulous at some of the poor reviews for this wonderful doctor. She came highly recommended from a friend who has had type 1 diabetes all his life. He said she is highly sought after and be patient: 4 months before I could see her because her initial session is 45 minutes. But it was well worth waiting for her. She's great

I have had several diabetic doctors(endocronoglist) and Dr. Gronski is head and shoulders above all of them!! She cares about me more than just my diabetes. She is smart, listens well, knows her stuff and I always feel better after seeing her. She is not a push over and I need someone I respect and will follow her instructions. She is the BEST,,,????

A compassionate physician who actually listens to her patients. Did a fine job of analyzing my diabetic syndrome and am most happy with her. Highly recommended but she is so in demand that sometimes the initial appointment is months away.

I have been going to dr gronski’s Office for 8 plus years now and she is the best but the assistant and the front staff not so much. It is rediculous trying to get prescription refills!! I have been trying to get a refill to my specialty pharmacy for 3 weeks now and it is a struggle every time. Not to mention you can’t leave a personal message for the assistant without going through the front office. And when they say they will send it urgent, that doesn’t mean anything.

Great doctor I really enjoyed my first couple visits with her. But when my insurance company changed my Farxiga to $300 a month. I called and ask her what other drugs would work for me doing the same thing for my condition. She said talk to your insurance company. I called back and asked for just list of drugs she thought would be good for my condition and I will research them and then ask insurance company how much they cost. She said don't bother me, ask your insurance company. Never asked

Dr. Gronski is fine. It is her very incompetent staff that Is impossible to deal with. I have had more problems with their office more than any other one I have had. They don't call in for my prescriptions, call to get my labs like they said they would, or arrange for my ultrasound to get scheduled. I had to go into the office and watch them call the office in front of me and them handing the phone to me to confirm the pharmacy took the order from the office manager.

Wrong prescriptions called in. I have been going over 2 years, overtime my refills are due , they are called in wrong. The dietitian, in this office is completely a joke. See another doctor! Run!!!!

Dr. Gronski is great, but the patient customer service provided by her administration staff at Banner Health Endocrinology is extremely poor. Took 2 months to get a biopsy lab appointment. Took senior management to finally get that. Appointment with Dr. Gronski was switched to another physician without patient's awareness. We were told we have to wait at least another 5 months if we were to see Dr. Gronski.
