Dr. Diane Greiner, MD

Why doesn't Dr Greiner have a 2 Heart rating? She is patient to her patients. She has a real concern about each individual and doesn't but your health in a "box" or generic symptoms catergory. She doesn't rush you out.

Dr. Greiner literally saved my life. Being relatively young and healthy, I didn't possibly suspect that 3 of my arteries were almost completely blocked. She knew immediately what was wrong, though, and sent me for the appropriate tests; less than a month later, I had a triple bypass. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had not gone to see her when I did. She is an amazing doctor and she comes with my highest recommendation!

Excellent knowledgeable physician..

I do believe Dr. Greiner is a great physician and extremely knowledgeable in her field. However, in my encounters with her, she spent no more than 5-7 minutes with me and did not say much in either consult. During my second visit, when she stated she was going to check on the authorization of a diagnostic test, I assumed she would be back, but went in with another patient. She did answer all my questions via phone in a timely fashion and her staff is always kind and courteous.

Dr. Greiner has been my doctor for 8 years now! She is wonderful! The best thing about her is she takes time to listen! This to me is extremely valuable! Far to many doctors talk without listening, diagnose without understanding! She listens, she takes time to listen, and when she walks in your room it’s your time and she is up to date on your health situation! I have no trouble recommending her to anyone!

She is very attentive and truly hears what you are sharing.

It appears staffing is inadequate. Mistakes made in documenting medications and calling in prescriptions to the correct pharmacy. These problems have happened several times. The last time was today when incorrect dosage was in doctor's records.

Dr. Greiner was very friendly and spent time with me to go over all my results. I did not feel like I had to talk like an auctioneer to be sure to get everything I wanted to say, said.

Dr. Greiner treats me as an individual case not textbook. She takes into account my situation. She keeps me calm through the storm. Very thorough but not over zealous with the medications. I think the world of her and would recommend her highly.

I have been seeing Dr. Greiner since December 2011. She performed a angiocath which luckily, proved negative, & has been taking care of me since. She is calm, confident, reassuring & timely. When I have a question or concern, I can post a question via the patient portal & she answers my question by the next day. Her home office is in San Antonio but since I live in Kerrville, I am able to see her in her satellite office in Comfort. Her staff are efficient and courteous. She is perfect!
