Her office billing staff is the reason for this rating. They need more training. They need to return phone calls. I am to the point of filing a civil lawsuit.

Great Surgery, But Aftercare…
Saw the doctor for emergency wrist surgery on both sides. Very confident and thorough before surgery but on follow up office visits she seemed hurried and distracted at times.

Great doctor, helpful & cares a lot
I was referred to Dr. Contractor for my carpal tunnel. It was easy to get an appt and from the first visit she took the time to answer my questions and concerns (unlike the internist I saw before). She explained my options for treatment not just surgery, and even noticed the elbow pain I’d been having forever and spent time discussing exercises I could do at home for it. Dr. Contractor is a great surgeon - knowledgeable, caring & made the surgical process easier than I expected. I’d highly recommend her and this practice.

Would definitely recommend!
Dr. Contractor listens and diagnoses quickly and accurately. She recommended I use a splint and told me I had trigger finger. I had Googled many other problems and was relived to know it wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. She's very personable and professional. I will continue to go back as needed.

Great Surgeon
Dr. Dhruti Contractor is a terrific, knowledgeable, sensitive doctor who I had wonderful experience with from the first exam. to my last post-op visit. In the first exam, she took her time to understand my conditions as well as explain my treatment options. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident that I would be receiving expert medical care. Dr. Contractor is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health during and after surgery, but she is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. I had a great visit and her demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Contractor greatly improved my quality of life
I was really lucky to find Dr. Contractor. She quickly diagnosed me with cubital tunnel and helped me make some lifestyle changes that have alleviated my pain and symptoms almost completely. I feel confident that if things get worse in the future, she can also handle my surgery, but for now, the modifications she helped me make have greatly improved my quality of life and ability to work on the computer.

Amazing Bedside Manner & Top Notch Expertise
I saw Dr. Contractor for an issue with my wrist. I was worried about an issue that I thought I was going to have to have surgery for, but Dr. C put me in a splint first—before trying more invasive (and expensive) treatments. I’m SO grateful I found Dr C for my wrist issue. Thank you Dr. C!!!
