I was scheduled with a different surgeon when my Physical Therapist mentioned Dr. Jaffe. He actually called him the god of knees lol. I went to see him and I canceled my other surgery appointment and booked with him that day and never looked back. He was so thorough, his team is phenomenal and he really cares. I’m 6 weeks and already feel like a new woman with my new knee! Thank you Dr. Jaffe and team! Plus - first time I’ve been off pain meds in 8 years!!!

Had been treating knee with cortisone then tried a thing called 'rooster comb'. Asked him if there might be any kind of reaction or allergy. He said no. It is in three treatments each a week apart. 1st week my calf turned red and swelled up with some pain. At 2nd treatment I asked him what is causing that. He said I don't know and walked out. My calf swelled more and had blisters on it and infection. 3rd visit I asked him again and he said I don't know and walked out Covid came along and they were not seeing any patients. I asked voice on the phone if I could text them a picture. She said we don't do that. I could hardly walk so I turned to my PCP and dermatologist. They gave me antibiotics and special cream. Took months to start healing. I have varicose veins below the knee and discoloration to this day. When I went back in six months for a cortisone shot I told his 'technician' my leg was a little better. She denied they had anything to do with it and walked out I have pictures.

Dr. Jaffe is exceptional! He attentively addressed my concern and promptly took steps to resolve it. With a positive demeanor, Dr. Jaffe provided clear explanations about the entire procedure, making it easy to understand what to anticipate. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking orthopedic assistance!

I had two knee replacements and a tendon repair done by Dr. Jaffe. Talking to Dr. Jaffe about my pain and my concerns is like talking to a dear friend who listens and gives great advice. With the knee surgery, he told me that the road to recovery was going to be a challenge, but the end result would be well worth it. He was absolutely correct. After the success of my first knee surgery, I was actually looking forward to my second surgery. Dr. Jaffe has given me back the mobility I use have and no more knee pain. My wife had both knees replaced and one rotator cuff operation. I had one knee replacement. All went well. Dr. Jaffe is a good no-nonsense surgeon. We both liked him. For all four OP’s he sent us home with Continuous Passive Movement (CPM) machines that moved the joints and made a world of difference in the outcome. Many surgeons don’t use CPM’s. I suspect that therapy means money and a CPM helps you recover quicker. Dr. Jaffe is not a touchy-feely guy. But he’s a surgeon who can give you the best possible outcome on your operation. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jaffe is an excellent surgeon. My recovery from rotator cuff was also excellent. I am a good as new. The staff was great. Thank you for excellent care.

Doctor is unprofessional, not sympathetic to senior patients. He told a patient it was too early to call the in call doctors number so in pin the patient had to drive herself post op to the ER. Choose wisely when looking for a provider. Patients have a choice.

Dr. Jaffe is knowledge, kind and takes the time to listen to you. He has a great bed side manner and speaks in layman’s terms. I went to Dr. Jaffe when another doctor could not/would not listen to me. I ultimately needed a total knee replacement. Surgery went well. I was having other issues with the same leg and he sent me for an MRI of my lower back. The other issue is back related.

Dr. Jaffe performed a complete right knee replacement. He and his staff are very caring and professional. From the initial appointment through the surgical and therapy process this team was first class.

Spent 45 seconds with my knee before diagnosing osteoarthritis. Went for a second opinion and I have a tibial plateau fracture. He missed it on both the x-rays and the MRI.

Dr.Jaffe is the best! He has preform surgery on my left shoulder rotator cuff in 13, Surgery onQuad mussel on left knee in 15, and Rotator cuff surgery on right shoulder in 20. After required physical therapy after each surgery I am back 100 percent! Thank you for doing what you do! Highly recommended!

Dr. Matthew Jaffe was my surgeon for two total Knee Replacements in August 2019 & December 2019. Dr. Jaffe took the time to answer my questions during all of my visits making my surgery worry free both times. Dr. Jaffe was also available to answer my adult daughter’s and my husband’s questions if they accompanied me to a pre or post operation visit. Prospective patients will be happy to know they will be in out of office visits in a timely manner.
