Echoing what the other reviewer said about getting prescription refills. The staff at Dr. Briggs' office is lovely, absolutely wonderful, but getting refills is unreasonably difficult. It's been 2 weeks since I first alerted my provider, who works under Dr. Briggs' supervision, that I was low on my medication and needed a refill. I've now been without my necessary medication for a week. I call every day to see what's going on, only to be told that I'm 'in Dr. Briggs' queue.' How long does it take to send an online form to the pharmacy? Thank god I'm no longer suicidal or I would have even more serious emotional trouble dealing with this unprofessional who I have never even spoken to nor seen. Seek help elsewhere. You deserve courteous and empathetic treatment by someone who cares.

Getting refills on prescriptions is a nightmare. I have ADD, it I also have high blood. I NEVER know what my BP has to be in order for the doctor to fill. So imagine waiting around to see if you’ll get a call or refill while you’re out of meds and need to be to work. I’ve been a patient at his practice almost a year and have NEVER seen his face. He basically delegates all the work to his (lovely) staff. Def looking for a different doctor!
