Dr. Theodore Morgan, MD

After being patients of Dr. Morgan for 14+ years, I'm sad to say we won't be back. His office staff is HORRIBLE and it seems to be cyclical, which is unfortunate! I can't stress this enough! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COST!!!! Dr. Morgan's reception staff DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AT ALL!!!! COUNTLESS CALLS AND MESSAGES WENT UNANSWERED FOR MONTHS, but they will let you know when you have a $5 balance. The incompetence, ignorance, lack of compassion and caring, total disregard for patients with mental health diagnoses, complete and utter lack of follow-up or real care is ASTOUNDING!!! But I guess that's what you get when you hire glorified bill collectors and not actual medical professionals who know what they're doing or actually care about the patients they were actually hired to assist.

Terrible experience. Make sure to lower your expectations on quality care if you choose this office. We had to reschedule an appointment and couldn’t get in to see Dr.Morgan for a month and half later! When my daughter was almost out of medicine, I called to request refills. I HAD TO CALL 4 DAYS IN A ROW! 2nd day, they denied knowing that I had called the day prior. 3rd day, they had sent prescription to wrong pharmacy and it needed prior authorization. This is an excellent doctor. He's warm, enthusiastic, and has an unparalleled knowledge of pharmacology. I've found few psychiatrists are as skilled in therapy as they are with medication; Dr. Morgan is one of them. He doesn't wall off his personal experiences to maintain an artificial doctor-patient distance. Talking to him is more like talking to a wise friend.

My child loves Dr. Morgan because he is relatable and funny. I love Dr. Morgan because he has changed our lives by caring enough to find an answer and solution. Can't express enough how amazing he is!

I am a professional colleague of Dr. Morgan. In my interactions with him I have been impressed with his clinical acumen and professionalism. I would not hesitate to allow Dr. Morgan to treat my family. While online patient reviews should always be taken with a grain of salt, the esteem of colleagues speaks volumes about a physician.

I rated very good but would actually not recommend family him.Only because I talk about them to him and it would be a conflict of interest on both our parts. But friends I would send to him.
