Called Dr. Olsen’s office because I had been experiencing knee pain, I was able to get in the same day which was a relief! Dr. Olsen and the entire staff were very friendly, thorough and professional!

My gel knee injection were a little painful but once the injection were in with 3 visits they are feeling great.

As Dr Olsen determined that I was a hip replacement candidate, I experienced delays related to insurance approval. Aetna was the insurance provider. This was frustrating and something that with better communication between OSS and Aetna could have been avoided. OSS insisted on my out-of-pocket payment prior to surgery. I haven't experienced this from other health care providers. I'd describe their collection process as aggressive. Facility, care and the operation were amazing. I had zero pain post surgery. Care during my 24 hour stay was great. I give Dr Olsen and his team very high marks for the surgery and the lack of pain experienced. I'm 8 weeks past surgery and doing great.

I did not want to go to a local hospital ER where I could sit for hours. I went to the new OSS off Good Hope Rd instead and was in and out in about an hour. I had an X-ray, an explanation for my pain and a plan to treat it I was most pleased with Dr. Olsen and my experience.

Love the new facility in Enola. Very timely! I always recommend OSS over others in the area. Great active philosophy-- stay active! Listen to patients.
