My insurance has paid over $150,000 to this group in my lifetime. I was referred for immediate after care after being seen in the emergency room. I was refused an appointment over a $36 balance. I am on disability with two children and do not have enough to pay day to day bills due to recovering from Covid job loss. I currently have two insurances so my visit would have been paid in full. I was told by the finance manager to go back to the emergency room. This company is heartless and disgusting. Find another place, they are money driven, not patient care driven.
