Dr. Dervi Ganesh, MD

Okay seriously I'm not going to lie I was scared and I didn't know what to expect. Please don't judge the area and how the place is. Dr.Ganesh is amazing!! She answered every question and concern I had and I had alot. She took her time and didn't rush. She is so amazing. Highly recommended her!! I know a great dr when I see one. I worked with many and I could tell. I didn't even feel her do my papsmear and I was super scared. She made me feel super comfortable! I'm not going anywhere else! She is epic. Words can't express how great she is. Keep being amazing Doc!

I’ve been going to Dr. Ganesh for 22 years and this past visit I saw his daughter. Dr. Dervi was not bad however she did not measure up to her father. I’m pregnant for the first time and was at my first pregnancy appointment two days ago with Dr. Dervi. Dr. Devi was in the exam room with me for maybe 7 minutes total where she did my yearly PAP and a pregnancy test. Dr. Dervi said she would be back in to speak with me after I had my ultrasound. I waited in the room for 45 minutes before a staff member took me into a tiny room that was filled with a lot of boxes and looked like a hoarders room. The ultrasound technician, myself, and the ultrasound equipment barely fit in the room. It was so uncomfortable! After the ultrasound was complete, they had me wait in Dr. Dervi’s office. After about 20 minutes they told me she had to leave for a c section. Staff told me that Dr. Dervi would call me. It’s been 2 days and still no call back with my ultrasound results. I’d like to know my results..!

The doctor herself is nice enough and cares but overall the patient care has been a nightmare. One year they did the wrong blood test and I had to go back get blood drawn agai n. But recently after uterine bleeding past menopause I've had a dragging on nightmare of trying to get answers and not getting called back until I complain angrily. Never am able to go in and have my scheduled appt at a reasonable time. Minimum wait time in the waiting room is average 30 min ans then another 20 to 30 once they bring you back to an exam room. Then another 20 or so to get checked out. Then she made me come in and wait for a discussion that she could have told me in two minutes over the phone that took another hour not including travel time in traffic. Every time I call I'm put on hold for ten or more minutes and only speak to someone e if I hang up, call back and complain. Then the doctors family member has to run interference and take care of my concern.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of her father, Dr. Selva Ganesh, for over 25yrs and it was wonderful to meet and be under the care of his daughter, Dr. Dervi Ganesh. She was very friendly, personable, and listened to all of my concerns.
