Dr. Ingrid Isdith, DO

Dr Isdith never informed me I could meet the midwife. She not once checked in on me during my 1 week stay at the hospital after my emergency csection. This was my first birth and so traumatic, she was terrible. She never told me my son was face up(supposed to be face down) and this resulted in an emergency csection (the on call doctor was an hour away… explain that?)I switched practices and am much happier now but I don’t wish this experience on ANYONE. Please if there’s one thing to do, don’t use her for your pregnancy. I’m sure she’s fine for primary care but she is awful for pregnancy care.

Dr. Isdith and her coordinator Karissa are amazing! Karissa went the extra mile to help me schedule a much-needed procedure. She took control of the situation and exceeded my expectations. Extremely thankful!

Dr. Isdith was fine, though there was almost always a wait. My bone to pick was with the office staff. Some of my medical claims were denied by insurance, but they said I could appeal if there was medical necessity (which there was) to do the procedures. The office, gave me a 'yes' to resubmission with documentation, but they never did, knowing full well and good that the appeal would be denied.

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant interaction with Dr. Isdith. She displayed a lack of interest in listening to me, exhibited impatience, an appeared frustrated with my grandmother's attempts to soothe my anxiety. Additionally, she failed to explain the prescribed treatment and sent me to the waiting room due to my delay in locating the correct pharmacy.

Dr Isdith always reassures me I’m ok and she is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to all woman around PBC

Very long wait time, the office scheduled 4 people for the same appointment time and of course I was the last to be seen despite not being the last to arrive. Dr. Isdith completely ignored the request I made to have specific testing done and instead performed a test she thought was better and prescribed a $30 medication that didn’t help my symptoms at all. Upon requesting a refill of the med thinking maybe a second dose would do the trick, I was told that I needed to take time off of work to come BACK in for her to redo the test she already completed and has results from. They “don’t do tele health anymore”. My issue isn’t resolved and I’ll need to find another provider. Trying to receive medical attention with this provider leads to wasted time and money rather than actual assistance.

Dr. Isdith is amazing she makes you feel like you are not just her patient but her friend. She takes the time to listen to you and makes you feel like you are her only patient. I have been with her ever since I had my first Pap smear 3 years ago and I don’t plan on changing my ob-gyn ever, she makes me feel comfortable and at ease no matter what I come in for. I truly value a doctor who is compassionate, patient, and has great bedside manner. My sister has also been going to her and I highly recommend her to everyone!

The office was very safe concerning COVID guidelines! Dr Isdith is a professional as always and efficient but takes the time to talk. I was out of the office in about 45 minutes!

I was very sick when I went to Dr. Isdiths office, she was so compassionate and completely took over and helped me get to the hospital, then getting ready for my procedure I was very nervous, she held my hand! I love her!!!!!!

She is the best and a very sweet person.. love her!

I find Dr. Isdith to be professional, caring, and she makes me feel relaxed. Everyone in her office is also very healthful & friendly.

Dr. Isdith takes time to answer questions and explain terms, options, etc. I don’t feel judged when I am there for questions, etc. Quickest and easiest Pap smear I’ve ever experienced, yet I don’t ever feel rushed out of her office. I am now using her for my first pregnancy.

I've been going to Dr. Isdith for a few years now for my annual exams. She is always so kind and makes you feel totally at ease. Office staff has always been the same girls who are all so nice and very efficient. I would highly recommend this office!!

I love Dr. Isdith. She's always very sweet and takes her time with my questions. The office is nice and staff is really kind and helpful
