Dr. Deepan Dalal, MD

I have been suffering for the past 3 years with dry red eyes every day and the past year and a half from dry mouth and nose (Sjogrens disease symptoms) and he put me on a medication that is like a miracle to me! My eyes are white with out having to put redeye drops in them and it also is making my glands produce saliva again! Obviously this medication is helping my eyes, my nasal passage and my mouth immediately after my first day of being on it! I am truly amazed! I’ve tried everything for the past couple of tears with no success and I finally have some relief! I’m looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you so much!

The office staff is very pleasant . Wait time is appropriate. Dr Dalal is very easy to talk to and listens to all your needs and concerns and works to address them . He notifies you of all your lab work very quickly. You will not be disappointed with his office , he is a great doctor

What do most doctors do in RI when they classify you chronic? Nothing and he didn’t fail there. No follow up niente.

Dr. Dalal is always efficient but at the same time attentive and thoughtful. Works well coordinating with my PCP and always is thinking about the big picture.

My daughter was referred to Dr. Dalal because she has been I’ll for quite some time. When she has bad days it’s impossible for her to make her appt. I recently tried to reschedule an appt for her because she had Covid symptoms and she was exposed to someone who tested positive . They refused to reschedule her . I was told by the office staff they only allow 2 reschedules even if in the 24 hour time frame. We had already had 3. I can understand that making money is what it’s all about because Doctors need to pay their bills too but I was told the office policy is that she can come in with Covid if wearing a mask. They refused to reschedule her and only gave the option of coming to that appt sick with a mask. . We gave up the appt and I just thought other patients might want to know the office policy is knowingly exposing them to Covid because as we all know masks don’t always protect from Covid. I would not want to visit an office that does this. I don’t know if the Dr is aware.
