Doctor Office Visit
This was the worst experience I had at the Coolidge ROAD LOEYE. The person who checked me in and out was rude, unprofessional and simply not fit for the position he was hired. It was clear to me he was disrespectful towards me since I saw him how he treated other patients with a smile and courtesy. Then I had to wait more than 2 hours to see the doctor. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and asked me to schedule for 6 month. She showed no interest to know my condition or history as a new patient. This was my first visit to see her after my previous doctor retired. My experience was so bad that I cannot even describe it. I decided to switch to see Dr. Kevin Liu in Okemos for my next appointment. I will not recommend the Coolidge Road facility to at all.

She seemed to be very good at her work but she certainly wasn’t very friendly. It was almost like she was just going through the motions so she could get us back out the door.

The Dr. was abrupt and I felt she had no time for me. I felt she had a quota to fill and had to be as fast as possible. She has no personality. I have been a patient for years at Loeye and my Dr. had retired so I needed someone new. I will never see her again!
