Dr Liu was, as always, great. Assistant Taylor was excellent. Very competent and professional and had a wonderful disposition.

My visit with Dr. Liu was great all around. He performed a very thorough exam, to include my eye that was not even damaged. Explanation of how my eye was healing, how I care for my eye after the appointment, and what they were looking for in the next appointment were relayed in a detailed, concise manner. I would recommend Dr. Liu highly.

Dr. Liu is kind, attentive and an excellent doctor. I appreciated him taking the time to provide education and his explanations were very helpful. Highly recommend!

First of all, Taylor who did my eye testing was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Liu made me feel like I was his only patient. Respectful and kind, yet efficient.

Dr liu takes the time to explain what he is doing and what he is finding. He uses models to illustrate what he is talking about. This is all very helpful in understanding what is happening with my eyes.

What stood out to me about my experience with Dr. Liu was he truly listened to my concerns regarding the challenges I was experiencing with my vision, and responded with a calm, confident assurance and commitment to finding answers and solutions to address the conditions related to my eyes. Until meeting Dr. Liu, I felt scared and discouraged by the deteriation of my eyesight, but I am grateful to attest that with Dr. Liu's knowledge, skill and care, he has honored his commitment to addresing my concerns, and the improvement in my eyesight has been nothing short of remarkable. It is through my own positive experience, that I confidently recommend Dr. Liu's competency in addressing vision health care needs.

It was a long wait today but sometimes things happen. It wasn't a problem for me.

He was very personable and had true concern for his patients.

No long wait time. Staff are professional and explain what they are doing. Dr. Liu is always very pleasant. He provides information and provides an opportunity to ask questions. I’m sure Dr. Liu is very busy with patients but that does not show in his patient treatment.

From the front desk staff, to the technicians and Dr. Liu, we had an amazing experience at the Okemos LO Eyecare. The technicians were friendly, caring and professional, explaining each test and what to expect. Dr Liu took excellent care of my daughter. He was thorough and explained everything regarding her exam and his findings. He took the time to listen to her history and reassure us both during her exam and results. He went through her results carefully, explaining each test and what he was looking for. I have never experienced such expert care, and highly recommend Dr Liu and his staff.

He is very professional and pleasant to discuss all eye care concerns with. He instills confidence that you are receiving the highest level of care available.
