Very understanding, and fast and easy to get into! We had our initial appointment and two weeks later we had tubes put in!

We loved our experience getting tubes put in with Dr. Trigg. He was caring, thorough, and gentle with our 16 month old. 10 out of would recommend for your ENT needs.

Straight to the point, extremely concise and tells you what to expect. Was very friendly and down to earth when he noticed the patient was nervous. Resolved all our issues and we are very grateful for Dr. Trigg. Keep up the great work.

I loved going to Dr. Trigg. I’m from the southside of Indy, but this place is so worth the drive! I was able to get in the week after calling in for a consultation. They were super quick and informative. My daughter got her tubes not even a week after consultation. He and his staff were great throughout the whole process!

The front staff is amazing, polite and very friendly. They got us in quickly when everywhere else was at least a 4 month wait. I like that we can call or text for appointments or information, sometimes with work its easier for me to text. Dr Trigg was great at explaining everything to us, making sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. After surgery the Dr and his staff were great at following up to check on my son. After reading other reviews I was nervous, but I think what people see as arrogant and rude, I see as to the point and matter of fact which I find refreshing.

Dr. Trigg was always professional and kind to us during our ear tube journey with our son. He got us in within a few weeks when other places were going to be 7 months or more. I would recommend him to anyone wanting great care.

Dr. Trigg had a terrible bedside manner with my child and me. We were referred for enlarged tonsils. I communicated other things that I (mom) had seen. My child had snored since he was an infant, now with periods of apnea. Aside from quickly looking into his mouth and nose he did nothing, other than telling me to use nasal spray and allergy medicine. At a follow up, when I voiced my concerns, he told me “if I wanted a doctor to perform an unnecessary surgery then I should get a second opinion”. A year later and 7 strep infections, multiple antibiotics, and worsening symptoms I got that second opinion: “he needs his tonsils and adenoids removed”. As a pediatric physician you should listen to the concerns of a parent and not belittle them. Years of education and experience are impressive but you cannot blatantly ignore how well a mother knows her child. Dr. Trigg acted like I was wasting his time but in reality he wasted more of mine. The only good advice he gave was to get another doc.

Dr Trigg was very professional throughout the whole process. His staff is so friendly and we hardly ever have a wait time. Highly recommend over children’s hospitals who have a 6 month time period before you can get in for a consult.

Outstanding doctor and office staff. Everyone was so friendly. Live an hour away and 100% worth the drive. Dr. Trigg explained the procedure and everything went as planned. Appreciate how easy it is to call or text the front desk associates to ask questions or get refills.

He was rude, arrogant, and we felt totally belittled and disregarded. He tried to make it sound like our pediatrician (who is very highly regarded) didn’t know what she was talking about. We will not be seeing Dr. Trigg again as we hope to use a provider who acts like they at least somewhat care what we (as parents) and the pediatrician have to say. Save yourself the trouble and seek another pediatric ENT specialist.

The whole process from start to surgery was great! Dr. Trigg was knowledgeable and I felt my son was in great hands with his care! The office staff are very sweet! I would tell anyone who needs tubes to go to his practice!

We’ve had two sets of tubes in my youngest who has chronic ear infections. The process has been smooth both times and great bedside manner. Dr. Trigg does an excellent job explaining the process and is thorough in all that he does. Would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Trigg put in tubes for my 18 month old daughter. He was extremely professional and what I respect the most about him is that he would not do the tubes procedure until she met all criteria, whereas other providers offered and even I felt like pushed the procedure on her before she actually needed it. This showed me that he cared about my daughter’s health and not the money he would make from the procedure. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

We met with Dr Trigg during the summer as my 9 year old had problems with his hearing post ear infection. Dr Trigg is decisive and his manner to the point. My son needed ear tubes inserted. Appointments were quickly made. Procedure went without issue. Follow up was straightforward. Office staff extremely friendly and helpful. When I had a concern, Dr Trigg called me personally to discuss. I would highly recommend.

The procedure for tubes went well and the office staff is friendly, however, in a call made after hours to check in a concern after the procedure Dr Trigg was incredibly rude and condescending. He brushed off my questions and told me to call my family doctor. I ended up in tears on the phone with him due to his tone with me.

Dr Trigg’s office got us in promptly when there was about a 6 month wait everywhere local. Staff was great and ear tubes helped our toddler sooooo much. We’re very happy.

Dr. Trigg and his staff were great. All of our appointments were on time and took the time to answer our questions. Tube placement and recovery/follow-up went very well. Very happy with how everything went.
