Dr. Dean Guadagna, DO

How they made him Medical Director of the Sunrise office of Cano Health speaks of what kind of company it is.

Cannot reach anyone there EVER. Dr could care less, just moves on to the next patient. Two weeks for diagnostics, promised return phone calls day after day which never come. No sense of urgency. No accountability.

I like him as my primary doctor. I can see how some people might not like his approach, but I prefer it. You'll either love him or hate him

Very caring understanding doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Guadagna for a couple of years now. He takes his time with patients, listens thoroughly to any concerns, & maintains a positive attitude throughout. His staff, likewise, is knowledgeable, caring, & thoughtful. I fully recommend this doctor, & practice. It took me a long time to find a practice that I fully trust, as I do with these individuals.

Dr. Guadagna cannot possibly be a Dr. There is no way this man is a Dr. He clearly doesn’t know anything. He always have to get back to customers with an answer because he doesn’t know. I waited more than an hr in the room. When he finally showed up he rushed me, I had to almost run after him and say hold on Dr. I’m not done! I have paperwork that needs to be filled out by the office and I have questions. He never checked my incisions to make sure they healed correctly! What was the point of the post surgery visit? All the money I’m paying and this is what I’m getting? The Dr. is always high and sleepy...just weird. Not sure what he is on. Front Office Nurse Lauren thinks she runs the office and provides wrong medical information. Dr. Ruth had to actually override her and confirmed to me that she was wrong, and providing me the correct information. And I was able to get tested and my insurance did cover the cost. I will never go back to this unprofessional office and staff.

Arrogant condescending doctor.

Dr. Guadagna is effective, a bit short sometimes, but to the point. He is a no-nonsense professional. If you ask him a question, he will answer it. He will tell you what you should do and will provide you with possible courses of action. I presented him with a clinical puzzle and he found the right medicine for my problem. He could improve his "bedside manners" a bit, though.

Worst doctor ive ever had!! Completely uncompassionate and unprofessional! I would never recommend him to anyone and i only gave 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. It's rare that I leave reviews on anything, but I want to make sure people know not to go to him!
