Dr. Dawn Roberts, DO

I met Dr. Roberts through a visit with a family friend. During her visit Dr. Roberts was very thorough with explaining her diagnosis. It gave me clarity on how to handle the situation. She was kind, professional, and yet loving as she gave us follow up instructions. I can go home knowing that my loved one is in the hands of a doctor who not only enjoys what she does but is also concerned about her patients. Thank you Dr. Roberts!

I've been under Dr. Dawn Roberts care for over a decade and I can't recommend her enough. She's incredibly caring and empathetic, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. Unlike some doctors, I don't feel rushed during appointments with her.Dr. Robert's knowledge is impressive but will refer you when specialized care is warranted. Her professionalism is top notch yet she creates a comfortable and confident atmosphere. I feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for at least ten years. I have multiple chronic conditions and she always listens well and has good advice. She doesn't just give pat answers. She asks many questions to get a full idea of what is going on. She is also willing to listen if I know new things about one of my conditions. She isn't offended that I know more than she does about my disease after seeing many specialists. She doesn't badger me about my weight because she knows my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts to everyone.

I did a test and Dr. Roberts' nurse provided me with a contradicting results compared to the report. The report said 'negative' but the nurse called me and said it was 'positive.' I called the office and brought this issue up and the MA and other staffs said Dr. Roberts said everything is 'positive.' When I pointed out that report said 'negative,' they just ignored my concern and repeated that Dr. Roberts said it was 'positive.' I'm now changing my primary care doctor. This doctors office provided me with contradicting results compared to the medical report.

Dr. Dawn Roberts is the absolute best doctor in Colorado Springs. She is everything you could possibly want in a PCP. My former PCP of 20+ years left Colorado Springs two years ago to return home to Virginia. I was saddened that I would never find another doctor like her. Well, I am thrilled to say Dr. Roberts is of the same caliber. The entire staff is excellent as well! Thank you, Dr. Roberts, for taking me on.

I love Dr. Roberts! She's caring and sympathetic and listens to my concerns. It's hard to find a doc who truly cares about YOU and not the insurance that one may carry. Thank you Dr. Roberts for you heartfelt dedication to your job & your patients as well

Dr. Roberts shared info about other patients. Told me that I should lie about my reason for my visit so she could bill the insurance company more money. Explained that she hated doing bloodwork physicals because they are such a bother. Overbilled my insurance company saying that I had a full physical, when I did not. Her office billed my visit to the proper ins. company and my husband's visit to the wrong ins. company. They used two different labs for me & hubby even tho we have same ins.
