Have left messages for days to call in a rx that is covered. Dr. Blue specifically told me to let her know what medications are covered for me. Left messages via phone, patient portal and tried all day [omitted] Nobody would even answer the phone from 9-5. Not professional

I had to wait a long time before I was able to see her for my scheduled appointment. She was very loud. If there was any communication between her and my primary provider as a follow up I was not privy to it. Communication does not appear to be a priority under Optum. Had no issues with "Follow My Health".
