Amazing Dr- highly recommend
I had Dr. David J. West of Palm Beach Gardens, FL as my anesthesiologist for three surgical procedures, now. He is very professional, very understanding and explains every detail prior to the procedure. Although he is very busy, he takes the time with each patient like you are the only one there, and he actually listens! That does not usually happen in today's world. Wish more doctors and staff members were like him. I will definitely ask for Dr. West as my anesthesiologist next time I have a surgical procedure, and I highly recommend him.

I have had the very good-fortune to have had Dr. David J. West of Palm Beach Gardens, FL as my anesthesiologist for two surgical procedures. Not only was he very professional, but he is also very compassionate and calm. Even though he is very busy, he explained everything and answered all my questions. I definitely will have Dr. West as my anesthesiologist next time I need one and I certainly will highly recommend him.

Shoulder Surgery
Dr. West was fantastic in helping me navigate pre, during, and post operation. He was very clear on what I could expect to experience at all stages throughout my procedure. His insight made my experience as pain free as possible.

I ended up in the ER in need of an epidural blood patch after having surgery at a different hospital a week prior. I was told Dr West was the only anesthesiologist in the hospital and he would likely be unable to see me, especially since the complication was from a different hospital. However, Dr West saw me, treated me like I was his only patient of the day, took the time to explain absolutely everything to me (even drew me a diagram), and was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, Dr West!
