Implied My 16 YO Sister was a Drug Addict
Every-time I or my sister have gone to see Dr.Peltzer we are met with an almost hostile poor excuse of a doctor who basically accuses us of just wanting drugs. Specifically, I accompanied my sister to a visit at which she was seeking treatment for a sinus infection, she gets them every year when the seasons change, so she knows when she has one-her symptoms are always the same and her previous visits and prescriptions can be found in prior documentation within the patient portal. She explained to him that she BELIEVED she had a sinus infection and he immediately started babbling something like “well just cause you think you have a sinus infection doesn’t mean i’m just gonna hand you some drugs.” Very demeaning and weird attitude for an older male to be given towards a 16 year old female, especially with not only me but also my mother in the room. Later she was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was prescribed an antibiotic like every other visit before.

Excellent. Informative. To the point. A good listener, but like most he can't guess what you're feeling you'll have to tell him. This isn't a game of 20 questions, he's a professional. He is on top of his game and one of the best primary guys I've found.

He did not even bother to answer my questions or diagnose me properly. He wasn't even in the office for 5 minutes before he shuffled me off like I should be someone else's problem.
