Dr. David Levenson, MD

Dr. levenson is one of the finest doctors I have ever encountered. He spent an enormous amount of time with me going over all of my numbers and concerns., He then called me with all of the results and went over everything ….I highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Levenson for many years as a type 1 diabetic. He is extremely intelligent, a very good communicator, listens to questions and answers directly and is otherwise the best physician I have ever been to. He replies to email questions and communicates with other doctors I visit. I can't say anything but the best for him.

I was impressed not only with Dr. Levenson's thoroughness but his follow through with other physicians. He contacted another doctor to ensure that a diagnosis had been accurately assessed. Very unusual follow through for a physician.

Dr. Levenson is well-versed with endocrinology and will answer your questions/concerns in full detail. He also takes your suggestions and ideas into consideration when it comes to research you may have done in order to better your health. He gives a thorough examination every visit!

Dr. Levenson has been one of the best Drs, maybe the best that I have seen in South Fl. He has thorough and very caring. He is a great listener. He is also glad to help with DRs in other areas outside his specialties. I wish other Drs were as good as he is. I have been a patient for more than 10 years. HIs staff has been very helpful.

I have seen this doctor for a decade its only been in the last year that he changed his office staff. They are horrible, they will argue with you interrupt you and for what an appointment that I made more then 6 months ago. They change the time last minute with no good reason and i'm wrong. I felt humiliated. Id rather chew on glass then speak to that office ever again. How can I tell my doctor they control what gets to him if I call they put me on hold till I give up or hang up.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Levenson for several years. He is an excellent physician. He is probably one of those most brilliant doctors we have ever been fortunate enough to care for us. Dr. Levenson is well versed in not just endocrinology but most areas of medicine. He gives a thorough exam without rushing you out of the office each time. He is easy to talk to and explains things well and clearly when necessary. He has a great staff as well.

The doctor may be a good doctor but his staff is the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. They keep you on hold for 10 minutes or more on the telephone without the courtesy of checking back to see what you need or to just say "I'll be right back to you." There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Their attitude is despicable and unconscionable. They have no regard for the patients and their families who are providing care. I would not recommend. No rating deserved.

Extremely competent with a great office staff. Thorough and down to earth.
