Caring doctor
Dr Holst was extremely pleasant and took time to talk with me, showed my X-rays and explained the various treatment plans for my situation. He made me feel that I and my condition, were extremely important to him. His physician assistant, Ryan, was very reassuring when he came to give me my knee injections. Over all this was a pleasant visit. That really says a great deal from someone who has been known to faint any time a needleIs incorporated in treatment.

Bedside Manner ON POINT!!
The wait time was respectful. The nurse-engaging and attentive. Dr. Holst presents with a bedside manner that still allows for questions to which he provides an answer. I appreciate the way he considered my concerns and allows for collaborative discussion about what needed to happen sooner and possibly later.

Great outcome
Dr holst replaced a knee. He takes his time and listens to you. I never felt rushed. Obviously my surgery went great, it's just refreshing from an orthopedic doctor to actually have a good bedside manner!

Hip and Quad Muscle Tear
I am happy to post this review despite the circumstances. There was minimal wait time to be seen, staff took vitals quickly; Dr. Holst worked up course of action, answered questions, listened attentively to my concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Holst and staff to anyone who asked.

Compassionate surgeon

Personable and Professional
Dr Holst operated on my broken elbow and put it all back together. He visited my hospital room daily to check on the elbow. He is very personable and friendly and obviously a great surgeon as my elbow is now perfect!!

My life is so much better, thanks to Dr. Holst. I had a total knee replacement in July 2020 and since September, I have progressed to walking up to three miles almost every day and playing kickball with my grandchildren. He was always quick to respond to my most mundane questions via the portal and very thorough in his explanations of everything there and in person. Dr. Holst’s “bed side manner” is amazingly reassuring. Thanks, Dr. Holst.
