Misdiagnosed multiple times
My mom saw this man multiple times in 2011, and was misdiagnosed every time. He made assumptions based on where we lived and said my mom had worms because he thought we lived on a farm. He didn’t ask. We lived in a small town, not in the country, not near animals she could get worms from. She had stomach cancer. If he had caught it then, five months before she was finally listened to somewhere else, she might still be alive. This man is a monster. I can’t believe he still has a license.

RUN AWAY
I had a small bowel series done & was showing early symptoms of bowel blockage after days of constipation. I used the doctor on-call system after X-Rays at the chiropractor showed extreme back up and they said it looked like white cement in my bowels. Dr. Gossat accidentally called me instead of the nurse who had messaged him my notes. After 2 full minutes of chewing me out (thinking I was the nurse) and saying things like, “Why are you sending me such a long history note on a patient who is just constipated and isn’t in acute pain or bleeding? What are you thinking!? This patient needs to get into her primary care doctor tomorrow.” I interrupted him & notified him that I was the patient and he changed his tone, saying he didn’t think it was an emergency initially, trying to explain himself, blah blah blah. I hung up & later got a call from the nurse saying after Dr. G read my notes he is concerned and thinks I should go to the emergency room. HA! LOUSY EXCUSE OF A DOC!

Dr Gossat doesn't listen to his patients. He only wants to do procedures. I would not recommend him to anyone.

He wouldn't let me finish telling him my symptoms. He was less than companionate, in a hurry. Was disrespectful of the doctors who sent me to him. Then expect a huge bill for nothing. My advise.....RUN!

I am a 79 year old man that has had my share of surgeries and medical procedures. My experience with Dr Gossat was extraordinary! He was very professional, answered my questions and he saved me from having a very serious surgery that was not necessary. My going to Dr. Gossat for a second opinion was suggested by an RN at another hospital and I am very thankful. The doctor's staff was top notch. Very efficient and well education. Each had a function and everything went like clock work. 5star
