Dr. David Esguerra, DO

My whole family have seen him for over 20 years. We all think he is the best in every way. He really cares about us. He spends all the time you need to answer all your questions. we are never rushed. He also has the best tecs helping. We have been recommending him for years to other people and always got a big thank you from them after they have seen him. Judy and Paul Cutler

First visit was today. 10AM appt, in my car leaving at 10:25. Doctor Esguerra spent plenty of time with me too. Completely explained everything he was doing as he did it. Addressed the two issues I came in to address fully. Gave treatment plans and alternatives if needed later. Explained meds given. Did not just give me the normal course of treatment meds because case (rosecea) did not call for oral meds yet. Can add later if needed. Did not try and sell me other treatments. GREAT Doctor! Very personable and put me at ease. Obvious he knew his stuff and was only going to do what was needed. Other Doctors may have tried to add several other treatments and rechecks. He said to come back if issues did not clear up but gave extended refills and said to come back in a year. I will be back! Been to other offices in the area and you don't see a Doctor at all (one never told me until I arrived....). They up sell their newest laser treatment or cream and always wanted rechecks

I'm NOT impressed with office manager/billing. She didn't CARE about anything I had to say. She said we never left messages. Funny though, my better half would disagree since they were sitting with me when left messages. Dr.is great. He lacks the knowledge of how uncaring some office staff is. That's why I can't recommend. Will go elsewhere for dermatology.

Best Dermatologist in Tampa Bay.

I saw Dr. Esguerra for examination of 2 suspicious moles. He has a wonderful chair side manner and removed both moles almost before I knew what happened! Very little pain during and after the procedure. The office is super nice and the staff is very friendly. This was the best visit to a dermatologist that I have ever had! I highly recommend him.
