The experience with Dr. Deaton's office has been exceptional for me as I am preparing for heart surgery. The exceptional severity of the care they will give me has been met with a standard that matches my concern. I have found them the best to work with in baystate system, from the nurses, the front desk, and the doctor himself. The amount of time they take to talk to me is genuinely appreciated and rare in my experience.
