Incorrect coding, had to reschedule the scan because it was ordered wrong. Poor follow through, went to pick up Rx but it wasn't called in. Inaccurate billing, had to have services audited. Antsy bedside manner, not a listener.

Dr. Caldarelli is a kind and caring physician who listens carefully to a patient's description of symptoms. When I was suffering from acute vertigo, he knew how to help me and conferred with my primary physician as often as needed. Upon my move to another city, Dr. Caldarelli sent information from my file when needed and wrote a letter for me to take to my new doctors. I highly recommend him. His care and expertise are invaluable to any patient.

Unfair billing. Dr doesn't spend time with you unless he has an open schedule, which he must since there is no wait for appointments. For one visit he was rushed, the other time he spent more time.People working the desk can;t do their jobs right and don;t disclose additional billing that will automatically be charged. Watch your bill!
