Dr. Bass is the best
Dr. Bass has taken care of my Crohn’s disease for many years, going to be hard to find someone who cares as much as him. I’ve had several other G I’s they don’t even compare, not sure who I will use now.

This doctor hampers your ability to get a second opinion. Four GI doctors refuse to see me because of his staff and or him.

Refused
In hospital with colitis and the doctor refused to treat. Told me he wasn’t on my case anyway. I’ve lost 30 lbs in a couple of months and small anyway. This doctor is the worst. Didn’t care about my health at all. He just he was sorry and walks out. What a great experience.

Very Disappointed
First, let me say that customer service in this day and time is horrible. This association does not tell all facts up front and charges for things that are beyond a patients control. If my insurance pays for a preventive procedure at 100%, under no cirrcumstance should that procedure be changed upon completion at all. And I should not be charged at all. This is why we have so many people not doing preventative care and just praying they don't get sick. Practices like this should not be allowed. We pay enough for insurance to begin with. I will never recommend this association to anyone, and if asked I will let anyone know how you run your practice which is scamming people and insurance people into paying bills that should have been covered like I was told on my initial visit.

Dr. Bass is absolutely the best
I’ve been a patient of Dr. David Bass for over 20 years. I was referred to Dr. Bass by my primary care doctor, David Haefeli. Dr. Bass is an incredibly smart, skilled and enormously caring doctor, that can immediately give you a sense of calm and that you’re in very safe hands. This was my 4th colonoscopy performed by Dr. Bass and every procedure was done with care and the utmost skill and I NEVER had any complications. With such a stressful procedure to have, but necessary, Dr. Bass is a specialist in also relieving any stress pre-procedure! He gives you a very candid ,precise and honest assessment and provides post-procedure plans that include diet and care until the next time for your colonoscopy! There is none better in the business than Dr. Bass and I’d recommend anyone to be on his care! He’s the best at relieving any tension. And my wife is also a patient of Dr. Bass and is on her 3rd colonoscopy! So, out family puts the utmost faith in Dr.David Bass, you should too!
