I highly recommend going to Dr. Andrews. I had just gotten out of the hospital after having a bad injury and wanted to get a checkup to make sure everything was okay. Despite it being last minute and not having an appointment, Dr. Andrews made sure to get me in for a checkup right away. He is a fantastic doctor and cares a great deal about his patients.

My first visit with Dr Andrews started pleasantly with the front desk. They were friendly and personable. After meeting Dr. Andrews I knew I found my new PC. He listen to my entire health history. He was compassionate and understanding. He never rushed me or discounted any of my medical issues. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Had a physical scheduled, was taken back on time and did not have any issues with Dr. Andrews. He was very personable and easy going, and very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend seeing him at Harford Primary Care.

I wish there was a star for negative one (-1)!! My husband & I were scheduled to see him as new patients. Within 5 minutes, I could tell that he wasn't going to work for me & I told him. He then told my husband that I was waiting for him up front & that that he (the doctor) wasn't going to see him. I am very straight forward, very clear and to the point. I guess he didn't like my answer as to why I was coming "way up here" to see a doctor; well I didn't like how his tone when I asked for clarification of Medicare's definition of a physical. I am not a Medicaid patient. I have Medicare, (of which I earned after 40 years of professional work experience) along with BC/BS as a backup. I will not be treated as if I am a welfare recipient incapable of asking and responding to questions, while expressing my views on how I will and will not be treated! He may have his medical degree & license, but his professional posture is lacking. The doctor & patient are suppose to work cohesively
